Beauty starts on the inside, the following tips will help any bride prepare (like a few weeks) for her wedding day:

i. Drink lots of water to hydrate the skin and flush out toxins

ii.  Eat healthy – include fresh fruits and vegetables, clean proteins such as beans, chicken and fish in your diet

iii. Indulge yourself, take relaxing baths or visit a spa.

iv. Get a massage – facial and body

v. Exercise at least three times a week to strengthen your body and calm your mind.

vi. Take things easy, slow down rather than rushing to get from start to finish.

vii.  Delegate as much as possible – get an event manager or assign duties to friends and families. This will take huge stress off you.

viii. Prioritize
