All orders, depending on weight, will attract a rate of N2500.00 within Rivers State. Orders placed and paid for before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, all orders placed and paid for after 12pm may be dispatched the following day.
Depending on the location, ordered items will be delivered within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Kindly allow 6-12hrs for your orders to be processed after payment.

Payment of all orders will be confirmed before dispatch. All orders will be delivered by FEDEX or DHL to the address provided and please ensure that the correct address is provided for a hitch-free delivery.
Purple Damsel will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses.
1. The name used to place the order should be the same on the deposit slip/narration for online transfers.
2. Purple Damsel reserves the right to delay delivery or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that the products you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and recommend alternatives for you. You may choose the alternatives or ask for a refund; otherwise the items will be sent to you as soon as we have them in stock.
* Once an item is paid for and shipped out, we do not accept returns.
* We ensure proper packaging of items ordered before dispatch and use a reliable courier company, recipients should kindly confirm their order(s) is/are in good condition at the point of receipt (before signing for them)
* If recipient accepts delivery without noting any damage or loss before signing for it, such delivery will be considered ”delivered in good condition” and no claim can be made thereon.
* In the event that the recipient observes an item delivered is not in perfect condition; such goods should be returned with the labels and packaging at the point of receipt from the courier and recipient shall contact us within 8 hours to lodge complaint(s).
* In order for us to consider a claim, the contents, original delivery cartons, and packing must be available for us to inspect; all complaints will be looked into for verification. If the items were delivered and signed for in good condition, a refund will not be made; but if they were faulty at delivery point and unsigned for, a refund will be made to affected recipients.
* We will not charge a delivery fee for replacement of faulty goods. If we do not have the item in stock, recipients will be provided with an alternative or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
